Scope Of Work
Breckenridge Park Plat 1 involved grading infrastructure for a 74 lot subdivision on west side Columbia, MO. We moved approximately 297,000 CY , which also included pre-grading for 59 lots in next plat. Even with some geological challenges, ESS was still able to bring under budget on time.
For Plat 1 Breckenridge Park, Emery Sapp Sons handled following; major onsite clearing 90.8 acres, 297,000 cubic yards excavation grading, 12,000 square yards 6″ concrete 5,350 square yards 7″ concrete with 14,090 square feet sidewalk, a combined 19,120 linear feet storm, sanitary, water utilities with 108 storm sanitary structures, 7,900 linear feet electrical trenching.
