Scope Of Work
Emery Sapp & Sons (ESS) was contracted by Aspen Heights Construction for their housing development located in Corpus Christi, TX. The new apartments consist of a two-story, 255 unit complex that serves the students enrolled at Texas A&M University and Delmar College.For this job, ESS excavated 43,486 cubic yards of material, installed all of the underground utilities, and imported 25,000 cubic yards of low volume change material.
