Scope Of Work
Law firm relocation and fit-out of approximately 37,000 SF, encompassing the entire 23rd floor and part of the 22nd floor of the BNY Mellon Building. The fit-out included office and conference room space, an interconnecting stair between both floors, a common tenant corridor on the 22nd floor, and core restroom renovations.
