Scope Of Work
Mead & Hunt, Wisconsin’s largest engineering firm, now occupies a 69,000 square foot -buildoffice located at 2440 Deming Way in Middleton. The three story office is constructed using site cast, concrete tilt-up wall panels.
Along with using energy efficient concrete tilt-up wall panels, the building utilizes 99.9% LED lights, radiant tube heat along the building perimeter, and extensive natural lighting. The project will be LEED certified. Total cost, including fees, was under $130 per square foot.
