Sometimes you just know a business is on its way to the top before you even walk through the door. Johnson Health Tech North America is one of those businesses. The challenge for Newcomb Construction and award-winning architect Kubala-Washatko was creating a building that was as forward-thinking as the 250 employees that would be working in it. The result was a 225,000 square foot inspiring office and world-class distribution center. To top it all off, the exterior concrete of the building received an eye-catching color stain that was created using two different methods unique to our signature tilt-up process.
