The facility contains an entrance lobby, vestibule, offices, administrative areas, classrooms, and conference rooms along with storage space, men and women toilets with showers and lockers. There is the equivalent of a commander’s suite, commander’s office and commander’s conference room. LOFT features a demountable interior partition system enabling maintenance staff to easily move walls and reconfigure office space. Raised access flooring was installed throughout the facility.
The commercial office building is a three-story cast-in-place concrete structure with 84 foot deep drilled concrete piers and concrete grade beam foundation, an exterior curtain wall system, and masonry walls.
