Our Story
Richard Chico started in 1992 installing and welding protective lining systems. In 2000 Richard became sole owner of RMC Construction performing all types of concrete construction and protective lining projects. March 2008 he incorporated forming Sonco Construction Inc. and decided to focus efforts on Ameron Protective Lining Systems specializing in all aspects of T-Lock lining. Sonco joined the Southwest Carpenters Union in January of 2013 and in April Allyn Keltner was added as a partner to Richard bringing over 25 years of water transmission manufacturing experience with Ameron International. Sonco is now a manufacturer preferred rehabilitation, install and pvc welding contractor.
