Scope Of Work
McBRICK recently completed a renovation, transforming an existing veterinary hospital into a pediatrician’s office. The space was gutted to the studs and the fit-out included eleven exam rooms, four bathrooms, doctors’ offices, laboratory, breakroom, and office space. Special features included a dormer addition, elevator and building backup generator. The site was completely overhauled to include a new parking area with lighting, retention basin, and over 250 trees with other shrubbery and plantings.
