Scope Of Work
This ground up service and testing facility inclusive of 6,000 SF two-story office space and 52,000 SF of crane served shop and testing areas, which included trench drain systems with self contained waste water management, wash bays and test pits.
This project included an extremely agressive phased schedule to allow occupancy to specific areas early throughout the project. This required up to the minute detailed scheduling and a hands on approach from all team members.
