A shared commitment to continuous learning and development, teamwork and quality set the tone for DPR’s construction of the largest single capital project that global professional services firm KPMG had ever undertaken: the 767,000-sq.-ft. KPMG Lakehouse corporate training facility.
Located on a 55-acre site within Orlando’s Lake Nona Sports & Performance District, the Lakehouse boasts 350,000-sq.-ft. of training and classroom space, 800 guest rooms and 15,000-sq.-ft. of amenity space, including fitness and outdoor recreation areas. The environmentally friendly, LEED Silver certified facility also features a heritage center which highlights KPMG’s rich history and culture as the fastest growing Big Four professional services firms in the U.S.
