Cyber Technologies was asked to provide a strategy for the Fire Alarm systems for all condos, built-in Music Systems, Networks and Smart Home upgrades.

Each new home has a base system that provides safety, music, networking and wiring for a Smart Home system. Cyber Technologies works with each homeowner to add more advanced ‘intelligence’ such as lighting control, motorized shades, keyless entry and media rooms. Since the wiring is already installed, upgrades can be made at move in or later. Systems are easily managed from remote locations so homeowners don’t need to be on site to control their homes. Cyber Technologies made technology simple for The Gardens, lowering costs in the process.
