Scope Of Work
Gilbane is providing design-build services for an expansion and renovation to a 1926 Mediterranean revival historic elementary school. Partnered with Borrelli + Partners and JCB Construction, the project will include new construction of over 36,000 SF and renovation of approximately 30,000 SF.
The existing 13-acre site is being transformed from a historic education building into a community and recreation center. The new facility will include a Parramore Kidz Zone, After-School All-Stars program, pottery studio, as well as a gymnasium and ballfields, all while preserving the historic integrity of the original 1926 structure.
