Scope Of Work
Both the library and fire station were a welcome addition to this south Wichita neighborhood. This 8,400 sq ft fire station and 18,000 sq ft library were built to aesthetically complement each other, while providing all the essential functions. The fire station is the home of the Chief's quarters, and houses a kitchen, locker room area, sleeping area, and complete fitness center. The Alford Branch Regional Library was the recipient of the Wichita AIA Honor Award.
