A 1.2 MSF building build-to-suite project was designed and constructed by Commerce featuring a 40′ clear space, MFL wall, 300,000 gallon fire water tank for redundant water supply, aerosol storage room, and special foundations for auto-sort/auto-retrieval system. Included 18,000 sf of office and related Tenant Improvements for Walmart.
