Scope Of Work
A 800,280 sf single story warehouse distribution center built by Commerce Construction. The project was a build-to-suit for our first Tenant Crayola (Binney and Smith). The building is a 36′ clear concrete tilt wall structure including 83 dock positions and 2 drive up doors with ramps. The office area consists of a single story metal stud and drywall structure complete with gang restrooms and general office area. It is approximately 8,300 sf in total. The project also includes a 2,500 sf shipping/receiving office located at the mid-point of the East wall and is complete with gang restrooms serving 30-40 employees.
