Scope Of Work
A 135,000 sf build-to-suite project for CSF, Inc. Designed and constructed by Commerce featuring a 32′ clear space, two separate office spaces for sub-leasing, secured truck yard, and exterior building upgrades to meet the requirements of Rancho Cucamonga. Included approximately 5,000 sf of two story mezzaine office space customer designed for Owner’s Corporate Headquarters.
