Building #9 Warehouse & TI
A 295,000 SF Single story warehouse building designed and constructed by Commerce Construction. This building is a one story 40’ tall tilt-up concrete walls with 34’ clear height. The building is cross docked designed for large distribution. With added truck and trailer parking.
The project also included 3,000 SF of Tenant Improvements for the building’s first Tenant, Pilot air freight who is occupying 70,000 SF. The second tenant is Advantage warehouse and has 2,000 SF office and 100,000 SF of warehouse.
