Scope Of Work
The Campo Verde High School project, built for Gilbert Public Schools, included the new construction of a 248,461 square foot high school campus located in Gilbert, AZ. The facility houses a 200-seat performing arts center, administration building, cafeteria, classrooms, gymnasium, and laboratories for approximately 1,600 students. The high school campus was constructed utilizing increased insulation, insulated windows, solar panels, and a central plant for daytime lighting control. The project also features a synthetic turf stadium, indoor running tracks, and outdoor athletic fields as well as two parking areas to handle the student population, faculty, and visitors. The Campo Verde High School furthered the goals of Gilbert Public Schools district by providing a state-of-the-art energy efficient educational campus for the community.
