Scope Of Work
The Banyan Senior Apartments project, built for Beneficial Communities, LLC, included the new construction of a three-story senior living apartment building located on Port Richey, FL. The facility functions as an assisted living community and houses 96 one- and two-bedroom energy efficient residential apartment units. The senior living apartments include ceramic tile floor bathrooms, nine foot ceilings, and interior corridors with washer/dryer connections and central air conditioning. The project also features private balconies, walk in closets, swimming pool, community theater, library, a commercial kitchen, formal dining room, fitness center, beauty salon, and club room. The Banyan Senior Apartments now offers an affordable residential option to the aging community of Pasco County.
