Scope Of Work
This center is end-cap’ed with Batteries+Bulbs. On the very popular RT68 / Springfield OH retail corridor north of I-70, this Brexton built center looks as new today as the day it was built. As a Design-Build, this center was value-engineered with the Architect and Engineering group to meet and exceed the strict Verizon requirements. The opposite end-cap is the Verizon Retail location that Brexton added…making this center close to 36,000 combined sf.ft. of premier space.
This is one of many Retail sites where Brexton has led the proforma and completion, where the ultimate owner risk is greatly reduced, while efficiencies of Design-Build are applied.
Brexton greatly enjoys high-tech Retail needs within projects…we are looking forward to more of these opportunities.
