PIRTEK South Philadelphia offers mobile on-site hose service to our customers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year throughout the Greater Philadelphia-South Jersey Region. With a standard response time of 1 hour, PIRTEK’s team of well-trained service technicians will bring our shop to your site. Each of our Mobile Service Units is completely outfitted with cut-off saws, crimpers, skiving tools, and all else to quickly and efficiently remove your defective hose and replace it with a new, high quality hose and compatible fittings. The Mobile Service Units are fully outfitted with a complete range of hose up to 5,000 psi, (including double braid and 4 wire spiral) and most fittings and adaptors, including metrics, (German, British, Japanese, French). Naturally, our vans also stock American fittings, (JIC, SAE, NPT, ORFS, O-Ring Boss).
Customarily, our technicians will remove the defective hose, fabricate, assemble and install your new hose, and recharge the hydraulic system, if appropriate, affording you the shortest possible downtime. In situations where you prefer your own mechanic to remove/replace, we will fabricate at the site, still minimizing your down time. We are flexible and will work with you to fully accommodate your needs.

We also offer a complete line of products for all hose needs, including steel tubing, hydraulic oil, ATF oil, tube clamps, cam & groove couplings, quick release connectors, ball valves, O rings, adapters, brass fittings, and hose reels.

Our Hose Tagging System is known worldwide. Each hose that a PIRTEK Service Center installs, anywhere in the world, is tagged with a specific PIRTEK System Code. Should an existing hose subsequently fail, all you need to do is call the closest PIRTEK Service Center and read off the tag code. Shortly thereafter, we will have a replacement hose at your door. As an adjunct to our Hose Tagging Service, we will send our staff to your site and tag your existing hoses, and to set up a hose maintenance program.
