Prior to award of work to a subcontractor or vendor, Milestone prepares a spreadsheet for all scopes of work and an analysis for approval by the Owner and the project Architect. We work hand-in-hand with the project team to value engineer and clarify the design as the project progresses to save the Owner additional money.

Milestone has performed work for our clients via several types of contracts including but not limited to: design builds lump sum, GMP, fast track, cost-plus and negotiated contracts. We also provide overall project management through consultations, budget estimates, preconstruction services, management and our exclusive ‘Open Book Policy' ™ approach.
