Midwest Rfg., Siding & Windows, Inc.

Founded in 1972 by Gary Gerulis, Midwest Exteriors Plus has been owned and operated by the same family ever since. Originally named Midwest Roofing & Additions,  in 1998 the company name transitioned to Midwest Roofing, Siding, & Window. 1998 was also the year that Gary’s son Greg became involved in the company and over the years has taken the lead while Gary is now involved more in sales. In 2009 the company name transitioned once again into what is currently know as Midwest Exteriors Plus Inc.

As the Midwest Exteriors Plus has gained certification and respect from roofing materials manufacturers they have been able to extend the warranties they offer. In 1998 they were able to expand the roof warranty they provide from a standard 2 yr warranty to offering a 5 year and then a 10 year standard warranty. In 2011 the then 39 year old company began issuing a lifetime warranty for roofs they install and maintain for all clients within the metro Minnesota area.

As customer needs have grown, Midwest Exteriors Plus has answered their call, branching out to encompass more types of roofing, and construction of additions, decks, and insulation installation.
