LB Construction Inc. was established in 1992 by Jordan Burns and Vance Lancaster as a framing subcontractor. By the late 90’s, LB had a reputation of providing cost effective high quality products, and was known as the premier commercial framing contractor in Northern California.
In 2004, LB started it’s Metal Stud and Drywall division to provide a complete framing package all the way through to finished drywall. LB’s capability to provide structural and non-structural framing and drywall packages grew from servicing fuel station kiosks to multi-story commercial buildings, hotels and hospitals.
Recognizing the industries need for a complete structural framing package, LB launched its Steel Fabricating Division in 2006. The Steel Division’s projects range from staircases to structural steel projects for multi-level buildings. We have a 50,000 square foot covered fabricating facility which houses THREE 10 Ton Gantry Cranes and has the ability to run (3) full time shifts to meet the needs of demanding schedules.
At the end of 2015 we continued to grow our team and added a concrete division.Â
