Scope Of Work

In order to meet the demands of their growth and expanding staff, Park Bank hired Tri-North to construct their new headquarters. Working closely with Potter Lawson and Park Bank for nearly two years before the groundbreaking, our team helped the owner to investigate several scenarios and budgets prior to selecting the final plan. The project involved a three-story addition onto their existing facility and a completely renovation to the existing headquarters. 

The project allowed the bank to open a new staff learning center in the addition, as well as the expansion of various administrative and management groups. By moving those functions into the new building, the bank relocated its growing client service and loan processing departments into the remodeled portion of the office. In addition to this project, our team has completed four branches for Park Bank.
