Scope Of Work
In addition to numerous renovation projects for JCPenney, Tri-North recently constructed a new, ground-up, 127,000 square foot JCPenney store at the Northridge Mall in Salinas, California. This new flagship location contains one of the largest Sephora Inside JCPenney locations, at approximately 3,000 square feet. The building’s framing is structural steel with a precast exterior. This fast-track project was completed in five months, including the retail store environment which had 6 week schedule.
