Scope Of Work
This fast-track design-build project included renovating and rehabilitating the dining and public spaces of the lakeside retreat which had not been updated since the building’s original construction. In addition to a complete new look, the project increased seating from 120 to 170. After the project resulted in increased revenue for the restaurant, we began the early stages of a guest room refresh program, in addition to master planning for future programs.
