Scope Of Work
As part of a new highly-anticipated mixed-use development in downtown Madison, WI, Tri-North was hired to complete the Festival Foods grocery store on the first floor. Festival Foods is a family-owned supermarket chain stocking produce, meat, seafood, organic foods, every day food items, wine, beer, and spirits. It is the area’s first Festival Foods store.
The 55,000 square foot store utilizes a unique truss system and columns built from re-purposed locally sourced ash trees that were downed in the city.
