Scope Of Work
Set in the heart of Downtown Denver is the luxury Ritz-Carlton hotel. State-of-the-art renovations were completed across 199,838 square feet to include all 202 guest rooms, the club lounge, fitness center, corridors, and the salon. The removal and re-construction of eight rooms were completed to create new ADA restroom facilities.
To keep the hotel operating as normal, we completed work one floor at a time with minimal distractions. The lounge was completely reconfigured to include new bar areas, buffet stations, seating areas, and private dining space. The work was completed concurrently with the room renovations.
