The scope of work included the removal and replacement of parapets including coping stones, exterior doors, brick masonry & sealants at indicated locations, windows and window guards. The damaged plaster was also removed and new plaster and paint was provided, and the entire wall/ceiling area was painted. The installation of new expansion joints at new parapet walls was also part of the scope.
