Scope Of Work
The post construction work includes furnishing all labor and material to remove and replace defective intumescent paint throughout the building. The removal and replacement of lead coated copper roofing, gutters and flashing at the lobby ramp roof was also required, as well as the removal, repair and replacement of defective waterproofing at the plaza areas over the garage including concrete topping. The project also includes the repair of defective or replacement of missing items at the archives room roofing, and replacement of house sewer and plumbing vent pipes. The removal and replacement of damaged ductwork in garage, and providing balancing valves to HW and AHU systems is part of the scope of work.
