Project Description: Demoed and refreshed the space for new possible tenant

Scope of Work: Built dust wall, demoed interior walls, ceiling, millwork, electrical, HVAC, and data outlets while installing new ceiling, lighting, patch and repair to walls and flooring, and removed all wall graphics
Project Areas of Expertise: Reviewed and proposed project requirements directly with the client to ensure the proper project management communication, demoed the space, repaired the floor and walls, and returned the space to a white box within the specified time period
