Scope Of Work
This project is a design build new construction of a 5 story hotel building; 102 guest rooms, breakfast area and fitness room. It is a Type III-B construction, fully sprinkled building. This project required a preliminary review and plan submittal through the Mega Team. Through our vetting process the project was successfully accepted in for review by the submittal deadline.
