Scope Of Work
Lubna Quality Products, Inc. (LQP) is a distributor of specialty food items, including its own in-house brand named "Supreme."
KDW designed and built LQP's new food distribution facility to include a distribution warehouse, office space, packaging area, freezer and covered exterior storage.
The new facility is a structural steel building with tilt-wall exterior.
The facility includes a 33,067 SF food distribution warehouse and 4,454 SF office and packaging area, while maintaining large truck access for delivery and pick up.
KDW designed the "U" shape building to serve LQP's distribution needs and provide the most square footage possible on the site.
