Scope Of Work

Five first class health facilities in the Dallas-Fort Worth Texas area built for Crossover Health. These sites were the first stage of a pilot project for Amazon’s 20,000 workers in the region. All five projects, approximately 20,000 total square feet of new medial office, required a fast track approach to construction to meet the aggressive deadlines. The COBE team worked with Architects and engineers from Ginsler-New York, Glumac-San Diego and DES-Redwood City from initial site selection to completion. Each facility includes high-tech exam rooms, a physical therapy in-house labs with some also including chiropractor and acupuncture rooms. All Crossover Health facilities are designed with high end finishes like custom mural wall coverings, sound control pocket doors, polished concrete floors, open ceilings and specialty wall finishes.
