Scope Of Work
This project consisted of partially upgrading food service equipment in an existing corporate kitchen and servery operation. The scope was to replace any non-operational equipment with gas base equivalent. A portion of the existing ceiling in the kitchen and servery were upgraded to a new t-bar grid with cleanable panels. New flooring and base in the servery area, new lighting, painting, fire sprinkler and seismic anchoring. This project also included ADA upgrades to their existing restroom core.
