Scope Of Work
Speculative Tenant Improvement on a occupied 9-story building with 3-lower levels. The Market Ready offices scope included all new café’s with islands, new floating Rulon Wood ceilings in lobbies, HVAC modifications with pneumatic controls, carpet, paint, LVT flooring and polished concrete in lobby’s/café’s and new lighting and controls to comply with Title 24. The corridor, restrooms and elevator lobby scope of work included all new finishes in the restrooms, new lighting, carpet, paint in corridors and new Rulon floating wood ceilings in elevator lobbies.
