Scope Of Work

Gut renovation of a three-story historical building in Nyack, NY for a premier architectural and engineering firm.  Interior work includes structural steel modifications, underpinning, elevator and high-end finishes throughout private offices, conference rooms and work areas.  Exterior was completely re-faced with a combination of brick, stucco, storefronts and custom trim elements.
