Scope Of Work
The Edge is a 55,000 square foot, multi-building, class A, office condominium campus. The site is superbly located on the southwest corner of SH121 and N. Denton Tap Road in the garden community of Coppell, Texas, one of the hottest urban settings where price appreciation is steady thanks to continued demand for lifestyle and location. Coppell is an upscale, developed area in the Dallas and the local economy is thriving. Due to proximity to DFW International Airport, Coppell has been a viable place in the Metroplex for corporate and business relocation. Many corporations have headquarters, shipping and distribution facilities in Coppell, including CiCi’s Pizza, a new 3 Million square foot Amazon distribution facility, Lucent, Container Store, and Mohawk Industries. In March 2010, Samsung opened a new cell phone manufacturing and distribution facility located in Coppell. No freeways go directly through the city, but the entire perimeter is served by SH121 and the Sam Rayburn Tollway (west and north), Interstate 635 (south), and the President George Bush Turnpike and Interstate 35E (east).
