Scope Of Work
Providence Place Senior Living selected Horst as their General Contractor for the new Providence Place at the Collegeville Inn in Collegeville, PA. The site is the former Collegeville Inn and locals fondly remember the Inn for its restaurant and the carved bear that welcomed guests. The project required 96,000 square feet of new construction and 39,000 square feet of renovations.
Features:
- 840 L.F. retaining wall constructed of Redi-rock block system with a concrete footer was installed to move the 100-year flood plane from the center of the existing building and has an average height of 12 feet.
