Scope Of Work

As New Covenant Christian School began looking at their expansion needs, they partnered early with Horst Construction to develop a master plan. Over time, this plan transformed to address the school’s current and anticipated needs, as well as to match their financial resources. Ultimately, the student life center addition focused on their highest priorities, providing a gymnasium and flexible multi-purpose space. The occupied school campus necessitated a strong emphasis on safety, proper planning, and appropriate scheduling with consideration to ongoing activity.
