Scope Of Work
Performed various projects for Kerry Industries, an international food processing plant, for approximately 16 years. Some of the projects included were installation of a 3,000 sq. ft. drive in food cooler, numerous insulated walls, installation of a 5,000 gallon grease trap, several new HVAC units, Built 450 sq. ft. Kitchen/laboratory, demolition of several offices and the construction of new offices.
After 28 years in this location they consolidated this plant to their Fort Worth plant. Their lease called for leaving the site in the same condition as when they leased it. We then performed the demolition of the 80,000 sq. ft. plant and reconstructed a 2,200 sq. ft. office space with four ADA rest rooms and reconfiguring a 2,000 sq. ft. cooler. This also included the demolition and haul off of two exterior cooking oil storage tanks, (approx. 15,000 gals. each), and two boilers for hot water and steam.
