Scope Of Work
The space: Our client was looking to create a high-end, ground-up Montessori school that offered the best in education, safety and high-end finishes.
Our work: The project started with substantial soil correction work before we could get started on the main build. Once compete, we had a compressed schedule, and winter weather to contend with, as the client wanted the facility to open just after the new year. By making our timelines detailed, constantly driving the schedule forward, and having our crews work overtime, we were able to deliver on the promised timeline and the facility opened in time to start enrolling kids right away in the new year.
The results: This gorgeous facility incorporates unique, state-of-the-art spaces and technology that were designed to offer the highest standards in safety and security. We love the large indoor muscle space, because of the huge windows that offer so much light, and the 10,000 square feet of outdoor play space that includes play equipment, a nature garden, a music area and a splash pad.
