Scope Of Work
At Johns Hopkins University, Plano-Coudon built a 20,000 SF student health & counseling center. Student apartments were located above the 2nd floor renovation areas with retail tenants below. The renovated suites included exam rooms, counseling rooms, offices, meeting spaces, reception area, restrooms and boardrooms. Aspects of the project include new M/E/FP and finishes throughout with exam and counseling rooms being STC rated.
