Scope Of Work
At the Jackson Recreation Center in Baltimore City, Plano-Coudon transformed 35,600 SF of space to provide a new gymnasium, two-story entrance, stair- and elevator-tower, large curtain wall, and bright, new interiors. The project involved raising the building's roof and installing new structural steel and footers in order to add a second basketball court and bleachers to the gymnasium. Plano-Coudon also completed extensive site work, including installation of a new parking lot, landscaping, ponds and lighting around a sports field.
