Scope Of Work
This downtown condominium building is currently planned for 46 loft units, including a mix of studios, several one-bedroom and two-bedroom configurations. Units will boast high ceilings, window views, balconies and open concept kitchen and living space. Current plans include 19 parking stalls on the main floor, along with community and fitness rooms.
