Scope Of Work
Cielo Apartment Complex is a new 260 unit apartment complex featuring three stories of living space above the first floor parking garage. Two buildings will have 101 units each, and will be connected by sky-way to the third 58-unit building. The complex features a 2-story entry lobby with a coffee bar, a community room, an exercise room with free weights and cardio equipment, two elevators and a business center. Completion is scheduled for January 2016.
