Scope Of Work
The Central Minnesota Credit Union (CMCU) Service Center located in St. Joseph, MN, houses 14,200 SF of space including a welcoming lobby, three conference rooms, large open office space, several flexible office spaces, a large kitchen / breakroom, and a unique wellness fitness room. The building also includes men’s and women’s locker rooms. Unique design features such as irregular shaped soffits, granite surfaces, open ceilings with floating acoustical clouds and a warm color pallete will provide an engaging and inviting atmosphere for staff and visitors alike.
