Scope Of Work

The Bemidji Theatre project was a major addition and remodeling to the existing facility. The project included the renovation and expansion of the lobby space, conversion of the existing auditoriums to stadium seating and new auditoriums. The project was completed utilizing a "fast-track" method that would significantly minimize the down time of the theatre. Many of the features, materials and colors are common to other HMA designed theatres for this group as we develop a corporate image and style that is recognizable among their various facilities.
