Scope Of Work
Construction of the new Blue Door Pub, bar and restaurant, located in Terminal 1 - Concourse A of the MPS Airport, included the build-out of this Minnesota neighborhood favorite. Work included the demolition of the old Itasca Grill and the complete build-out of the new space (including mechanical and electrical, drywall, tile, ACT, painting, kitchen equipment installation and roofing). The project was part of the first of two phases of the MSP Airport's extensive restaurant overhaul, which included a total of 30 new restaurants built over a two year span, necessitating meticulous coordination, proactive communication and high-levels of both accountability and flexibility.
